TF2 Spray - Rainbows

I wanted to make a spray for TF2. I decided to make it after the Spy domination taunt

"May I borrow your earpiece? This is scout! Rainbows make me cry! Over!"

Which is funny because I don't even play the spy and the scout I use on occasion but I'm more efficient with a sniper. I may make more later but yeah. I like this 8D
